Look forward to an exquisite creation of hand-cut Wagyu beef and Imperial Ossetra caviar, presented by our exclusive partners, Imperial Caviar & Wagyu Master Europe. Wagyu Master Europe delivers premium Wagyu beef directly from Japan, while Imperial Caviar has been renowned for top-quality caviar since 1997. Both producers are celebrated in haute cuisine for their exceptional products.


Rosa dell'Angelo

Rosa dell'Angelo represents authentic, artisan-crafted charcuterie, renowned for its tradition and premium quality. Their products are meticulously made without compromise, reflecting a deep passion for excellence. They focus on biodiversity, using raw materials from noble animals like the black pig, which roam freely in nature and feed on natural fodder. Their dedication to Italian tradition and carefully preserved recipes ensures unparalleled taste experiences.


Käserebellen - Bio Emmentaler

Our partner, Käserebellen, produces the finest cheese specialties exclusively from 100% mountain-farm hay milk. This exceptional milk comes from over 500 farming families in the Alpine region, including Bregenzerwald and the UNESCO-protected Großes Walsertal. The farmers are committed to traditional, silage-free feeding and proven production methods free from genetic engineering. This dedication, along with extended natural maturation, ensures the unparalleled flavor of their hay milk cheese specialties.

Metzgerei Faber

Since 1898, Faber Butchery has stood for excellent craftsmanship, regionality, and exceptional quality. Once a "royal Bavarian court supplier," Faber is now one of Germany's leading butchers, serving top establishments in the German-speaking world. Julius Meinl am Graben has been offering exclusive Faber products for over 10 years, including the Saftbierschinken, the hand-tied "Opa Karl" ham, and the Mediterranean Pancetta, a specialty from butcher and meat sommelier Thomas Faber.


Weingut Kracher

With dedication, passion, and a clear vision, the Kracher family has risen to the top of the world of sweet wines. The unique climate of Seewinkel in Burgenland creates the perfect conditions for Botrytis cinerea, which produces exceptional dessert wines each year. Now in its third generation, Gerhard Kracher leads the Weinlaubenhof with a deep respect for tradition and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Château Montrose

Château Montrose, situated in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of Bordeaux, encompasses 95 hectares in a single, contiguous vineyard. The unique "Elite Core" soil, with its gravelly base, is ideal for producing top-tier wines. Each parcel has its own character, reflected in the exceptional wines. Weingut Kollwentz

The Kollwentz family embodies the essence of traditional winemaking: their own vineyards, their own grapes, their own wine. Quality begins with hands-on work in the vineyard. Only fully ripe, healthy grapes are carefully handpicked in a selective harvest. The family's success is deeply rooted not only in their meticulous vineyard work but also in their prized vineyard holdings. They tend to 25 hectares, with south-facing slopes of the Leitha Range featuring prestigious sites such as Steinzeiler, Point, Setz, Dürr, Steinmühle, Neusatz, Tatschler, Katterstein, and Gloria, some of the oldest and finest in the country, located at elevations ranging from 170 to 325 meters.


Privatbrennerei Gebhard Hämmerle

Gebhard Hämmerle Distillery has been synonymous with uncompromising quality and artisanal precision for decades. Combining traditional distillation techniques with cutting-edge methods, they produce spirits that captivate the hearts of connoisseurs. With a focus on selecting the finest raw materials, rigorous selection processes, and a passion for detail, their crystal-clear brandies stand out with exceptional flavor and luxurious design—perfect for the modern aficionado who values perfection and exclusivity.


House of Suntory

Suntory presents an exquisite selection of Single Malt, Blended, and Reserve Whiskeys from Japan, crafted at renowned distilleries such as Hakushu and Yamazaki. The Hakushu Distillery, one of the highest in the world, is nestled deep in the forests of the Japanese Southern Alps. Here, unique malts are created, influenced by the distinctive microclimate of Mount Kaikomagatake, pristine spring water, and untouched nature. At the Yamazaki Distillery, where the Katsura, Uji, and Kizu rivers converge, a unique misty climate and some of Japan's softest water contribute to the creation of exceptional whiskies.
