This is a super delicious, gluten-free Oat Bircher muesli in Demeter quality. With whole grain oat flakes, sultanas, apple and hazelnut pieces and almond sticks. It has everything we need for a successful start to the morning. Because that's the great thing about oat Bircher muesli: it's a real all-round nourisher for the body and of course tastes really good.

In the classic Bircher style, you leave the muesli mixed with twice the amount of milk (or plant-based milk alternative) in the fridge overnight. This is how you get the desired mushy consistency. It goes well with a freshly grated apple, other nuts depending on your taste and – if you like it a little sweeter – honey or agave syrup. Morning happiness is ready.
