Nature (an unexpectedly long late summer) allowed for a slow ripening and a fully achieved maturity. Cabernet Sauvignon in particular requires special climatic conditions to reach excellence. Issan 2014 integrates a high proportion of this grape variety with 77% in this blend compared to 23% Merlot. The wine offers a lot of freshness through its aromatic and deep fruity aspect. In the mouth, one enjoys a solid balance on refined, creamy and silky elegant tannins. In the fruity finish, a fresh acidity typical of Cabernet fills the mouth.
