This creation from the house of Ott* combines the best of the three Domaines' vineyards: the intense aromas of Provence combined with the fresh saltiness of Clos Mireille, the finesse of Château de Selle and the powerful structure of Château Romassan make "Etoile" an exceptional prestige cuvée. A tribute to the founder of the Domaines Ott*, Marcel Ott, and the star that has always been firmly anchored in the name, Etoile is the epitome of rosé from Provence with a character all its own.
Grape variety: 80% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre
