Dressing based on fresh must of grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Raboso and Melot, then refined 6 years in wooden barrels where every year fresh acetified must is added. All grapes come solely from the family vineyards The product is all natural, no additives or colourants such as caramel are added. Colour: dark brick red, amber-coloured Acidity: around 5 acetic degrees Density: slow increase in density due to ageing, viscous but fluid Aroma: it has a well-balanced flavour that develops a natural acetic vein, which is completed on the palate by its gustative fullness.
Ideal for salads and vegetables, raw meat and fish, excellent with fresh cheese such as mozzarella and ricotta, and soups.
Also used for the preparation of cocktails such as Bloody Mary, Rob Roy and Martini dry.
