The elegance of Gobelsburg Brut Rosé Castle reflects the picturesque landscape of the Danube valleys. The grapes are harvested in small boxes at optimum ripeness and only the heart of the base wine is used. After 6-12 months of barrel ageing, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine rests on the lees for 2-3 years before being shaken and disgorged by hand.
