Nose: A direct and honest bouquet with aromas of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn) and pear.
Palate: Pure with beautiful vibrancy and a distinct grip. The palate mirrors the nose with notes of white flowers and pear, complemented by vineyard peach, mirabelle, and fine plums.
Pairing recommendation: It pairs wonderfully with sweet-and-sour dishes, such as pork roast with plums or caramel sauce, as well as chicken with cashews. Serve at 8 - 10°C.
