Nose: The nose reveals scents of flowers, white fruits, apple, as well as some notes of yellow lemon, citrus fruits and sweet honey.
Palate: It is fresh and announces a complex and fine wine. A lively champagne with a wonderful structure.
Pairing recommendation: Ideal accompaniment as an aperitif and goes well with scallops, gougères, fish tartare, oysters, risotto with parmesan shavings, white meat and cheese. Serve at 16 - 18°C.
