Finely spicy Veltliner nose, hints of chamomile, followed by yellow fruity notes, ripe pears, peppery-spicy white wine with a balanced acid structure.
​A universal companion for traditional Austrian cuisine (baked food, veal, home cooking) as well as slightly spicy Asian wok dishes and all soft cheeses. Optimal drinking temperature: 8-10°C.
