Organic Tchaï of the Tiger
Tchaï of the Tiger, the new organic recipe from Kusmi Tea in collaboration with WWF. Like chai, a traditional Indian drink, Chai of the Tiger is a wonderful combination of black tea and fragrant spices. The black tea draws its strong notes from the combination with the spices, all of which are organic, of course: Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and the black and red pepper provide a stunning balance between power and elegance. The recipe is based on a variety of tea from Thiashola, a renowned organic and ethical tea estate in southwestern India in the Nilgiri region, which is also home to WWF-protected tigers.
