This Champagne Impériale is complemented by its aromatic sweetness, creamy and delicate effervescence, and a subtle interplay of freshness and bitterness, making it perfect for pairing with dishes that highlight its complexity.
Colour: Deep, bright yellow reminiscent of a canary diamond.
Nose: The bouquet unfolds gradually, offering aromas of licorice root, mocha, and toasted bread, along with notes of Madeleine, fresh hazelnut, and vanilla.
Mouth: Luscious fruits emerge on the palate, accompanied by hints of dried figs and mirabelle plums, creating a generous and serene mouthfeel.
