This exceptional extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from Arbequina and Picual olives grown on the family-owned farm of Nobleza del Sur in the fertile region of Jaén, an area in Southern Spain renowned for its abundant sunshine and unique microclimate. The olives are harvested early in October and crushed at their local family mill, resulting in an oil that is wonderfully aromatic and fruity, very soft in flavour.
Containing a smaller quantity of the Picual variety ensures high stability and a rich content of polyphenols and oleic acid. This EVOO is suitable for individuals of all ages and can be used as a first baby food.

Aroma: "Only for Children" is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil primarily made from the Arbequina variety, renowned for its soft fruity notes that appeal to the youthful palate.
Production details: Cold extraction process completed within a maximum of 4 hours from fruit harvesting. The oil is carefully crafted, utilizing 8 to 10 kg of olives to produce 1L of oil.
