Nose: Fresh herbal spice, dark minerality, ripe yellow apple, hints of mango, tobacco, a touch of lime zest.
Palate: Tight, elegant, subtle nuances of white stone fruit, substantial, finesse-rich and lively, salty, very long-lasting, with a secure aging potential, already highly seductive.
Pairing Recommendation: Pairs exceptionally well with grilled seafood, Asian cuisine (e.g. Thai curries, sushi, spicy wok dishes), poultry dishes, summer salads with exotic fruits and herbs, fresh vegetable dishes (e.g. asparagus, courgettes, green beans). Serve at 8 -10°C.
