Preparation for 250 g:
1. Bring 100 ml of white wine or water to the boil in a non-stick pan.
2. Add 250 g of RISOTTOMIO mixture and stir in.
3. Pour in 900 ml of hot water.
4. Cook on high for 18 – 20 minutes; If necessary, add water.
5. Stir for 2 – 3 minutes on low speed until desired consistency.
6. Refine with Parmesan (approx. 50 g) and butter (approx. 50 g) or a vegan alternative and season with salt and pepper to taste – Finito!
