Classic Proof
This is the classic among our gins. With juniper berries, apples from southern Styria and elderberries from eastern Styria, with lemon and orange, it combines everything that makes STIN special. Ingredients such as caraway, coriander, ginger, cardamom and pepper provide for its fine richness of facets. After distillation, the high alcohol content is reduced to 47% with Styrian spring water. Still high, but just right. Because this creates a London Dry Gin without additives or preservatives.

28 botanicals give STIN its fresh aroma and unmistakable taste. In addition to juniper, lemon and orange, but also apples from southern Styria and elderberry from eastern Styria, as well as coriander and caraway, make STIN so multifaceted. In order to preserve this great variety of aromas, the STIN is distilled in a 50-litre copper pot still, in small batches. The producers and distillers Johannes Firmenich and Reinhard Jagerhofer are actively supported by Bartender Philipp M. Ernst with his expert knowledge.
