Each of the seven components of this pepper melange is a special taste experience on its own, combined it results in a refined firework of peppery flavours: Long pepper provides spiciness, but also brings in a slightly sweet note, as does red pepper. The more tart Kubeben pepper has a warm aroma reminiscent of eucalyptus. Szechuan pepper adds an exotic, citrusy and at the same time spicy touch. Jamaica pepper, Indian and green mountain pepper round off the blend perfectly.
