Ingredients & Allergens
The generations succeeded each other and the farm was divided due to succession. The property covers 5.50 hectares, spread over 19 hectares with an average age between 10 and 45 years and majority of the company's own vineyards are 100% Grands Crus. Pinot Noir vines are currently planted on 4.60 hectares and Chardonnay on the remaining 0.90 hectares. Yields vary according to grape variety, soils and years and range from 45 to 65 hectolitres per hectare.
