Deep red colour, nose of candied red fruits, spices, powerful, balanced taste, long lasting. Very long ageing (over 20 years). With its red fruit aromas, it can also be drunk young.
Food recommendation: all chocolate desserts, fruit tarts (especially with figs), but also foie gras and goat cheese.
