On the border of the "Macchia Maremmana", well protected from the "libeccio" winds, lie the olive groves Leccino, Frantoiano and Moraiolo. The olives are only harvested there in October and November and cold pressed according to traditional methods. The Biserno Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Toscano DOP presents itself with a radiant green-yellow colour. The Biserno Olio Extra Vergine is fruity and balanced on the nose, delicately vegetal and spicy. On the palate, it is intensely spicy with a fresh structure and beautiful concentration.
