Pol Roger
The Brut Réserve Pol Roger has a beautiful straw-yellow colour and a rich, fine perlage. Its powerful and captivating nose first reveals aromas of fruit (pear, mango, etc.) and then develops light scents of honeysuckle and white jasmine, followed by notes of brioche and vanilla.
On the palate, the aromas of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) harmonise with the scents of beeswax and acacia honey. With both fruity (candied orange peel, mandarin, etc.) and spicy notes (cardamom, green aniseed), the aromatic persistence is remarkable.

The Brut Réserve is a cuvée of equal parts of the three Champenois grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus. The Pinot Noir (with structure, body and power) is mainly made from some of the best crus of the Montagne de Reims. The Pinot Meunier (providing freshness, roundness and fruitiness) comes from several crus of the Vallée de la Marne and the Epernay area. The Chardonnay (which adds its aromatic complexity, finesse, elegance and lightness) comes from Epernay and some of the best crus of the Côte des Blancs. After four years of ageing in our cellars, its style combines complexity, balance and distinction.
