Grape varieties: 65% Sémillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc In 1990, 2ha of white grapes were planted on Chasse-Spleen. The wine was not available for purchase for the first few years as the team wanted to get to grips with the white wine culture. The first official vintage was in 1995 and over the years the wine has found more and more enthusiasts. In the meantime, it has become one of the great white wines of the Bordelais.
