The Colomba di Pasticceria farcita con delicata crema chantilly is a fluffy, flaky Easter yeast cake in the traditional form of the Colomba, the dove of peace, filled with cream cream and powdered sugar. In Italy, Easter cake is traditionally eaten at the Easter picnic, but of course it also works well as a dessert or on the coffee table.
