Deau VSOP is a cognac with a sweet taste, appreciated for its aromas of fresh fruit that evolve into woody and spicy notes. On the nose, it offers a floral bouquet and a delicate scent of vine blossom. On the palate, it combines the spicy autumn notes of cinnamon and honey with the woody flavours of winter, brought about by the aroma of chocolate and leather. The honey and chocolate flavours soften the strong cinnamon and leather notes and provide finesse and elegance. The finish is a woody note with strong chords.
