Pointe de Penmarch has cooked up the best of the fish and lobster to create a real tasty traditional soup. An incomparable delight, simply heat in the pan and enjoy with a few seaweed croutons or prawn rouille sauce. This lobster velouté is creamy and you can easily dilute it with a little water or liquid crème fraîche. Its delicate flavour can also be used as a base for excellent sauces.
