Only fresh pork from our own slaughterhouse is used to produce the product. It is very important to use only first-class and selected raw materials for air drying, as this is the only way to avoid the use of artificial additives. The edible natural casing and the exceptional noble mold ensure a unique taste experience. Maturation in the mild air of the Spanish Mediterranean completes the product. Traditional delight!!
