For the grilled garlic with fine roasted aromas, selected garlic cloves are carefully peeled, grilled by hand, refined with Mediterranean thyme and marinated in sunflower oil. The appetisingly portioned cloves have a mild flavour and can be used for cooking as well as raw in salads.
