For generations, Hirtzberger has been striving to create excellent wine in varietal purity. Today, as in the past, they achieve this by applying tried and tested methods. It is particularly important to them to produce wines that are characteristic of the terroir and convey their origin, variety, vineyard and the respective vintage in an unmistakable and unadulterated way.
Nose: Medium greenish yellow, in the nose very inviting yellow fruit nuances of apricots and passion fruit, delicate grapefruit.
Tongue: On the palate complex, tightly meshed, again fine yellow peach, juicy, mineral spiciness, lingers. Very good development potential.
Pairing recommendation: Excellent with fish dishes and spicy Asian cuisine.
