Weingut Kollwentz
Cabernet Sauvignon, the most widely planted red grape variety in the world, achieves exceptional quality in the Pannonian climate of Burgenland. With a yield of around 30 hl per hectare, it produces an elegant, rich wine that matures in small oak barrels. This Cabernet impresses with its cassis aroma and subtle vanilla notes, reaching its optimal drinking maturity after five to seven years. It pairs perfectly with game, beef, and cheese. Younger vintages should be decanted before enjoying.
