Sauvignon Blanc, an ancient variety from Burgenland, demands a specific growing environment and thrives particularly well on barren flint soils. Combined with the Pannonian climate of Burgenland, it produces expressive and distinctive wines. Only a handful of select vines are used for propagation to ensure the highest quality. This Sauvignon Blanc features a bouquet ranging from bell pepper to elderflowers and passion fruit, making it an excellent match for fish dishes, asparagus, and light meats.
