The first glance reveals a lively and bright wine with an intense golden colour reminiscent of ripe wheat.
The nose reveals delicate aromas of citrus fruit, barley sugar and dried fruit with balance and freshness.
On the palate, it is generous and round with wonderful intensity. Initial hints of madeleines and brioche give way to notes of pastry, tarte tatin, lemon meringue, bitter oranges and a little spice. The finish is long, with great tension and notes of candied ginger.
