For the "Reserve Lafite Rothschild Cognac," they adhere to tradition, setting aside exceptional lots. Each year, the team selects Cognacs aged 50+ years from top crus like Grande Champagne and Borderies. The goal is a balanced, elegant, and complex blend, creating an exceptional Cognac.
Eye: Amber color, almost mahogany.
Nose: Very complex, combining wood, vanilla, old Porto, dry fruit, nuts to floral notes of dry rose, but also spicy like clove and pepper, cigar box.
Mouth: Light and elegant structure, rich and woody notes. It is perfectly balanced and the length is exceptional.
Origin: France / Poitou-Charentes
