Lucien Le Moine
Mounier Saouma and his wife Rotem Brakin run their small vineyard "Lucien le Moine" in Beaune in a unique way: They do not have their own vineyards, but produce their Burgundies from purchased, strictly selected batches of young wine - extremely fine and terroir-driven. There are only very small quantities of each of the wines listed, and they are extremely sought-after due to their high quality and the critics' ratings!
