The Corton Charlemagne is undisputedly home to some of the most distinctive and characterful white wines in the world. Of all the Grands Crus in Burgundy, it is here that one finds the wines with the tightest structure and the most mineral core. The distinctively fine spicy personality often requires several years of bottle ageing to reach full bloom. Colin bottles an average of only around 800 bottles from this site.
