Tongue: On the palate, it is soft, fresh, citrusy, and slightly spicy, with distinct lemon aromas. Pleasantly fresh and persistent on the finish.
Pairing recommendation: A splendid gin to be enjoyed neat or in a Martini Cocktail with Extra Dry Vermouth. Also delightful in a Gin & Tonic, garnished with lemon peel.
