Light yellow honey from the flower nectar of the acacia forests in the area where the Kamp flows into the Danube. The honey of the acacia is very mild, aromatic and fine. Due to its high fructose content, whereas glucose is only contained in small quantities, the honey remains liquid for a very long time before it crystallises.
Honey contains numerous health-promoting substances, such as minerals, vitamins, inhibins and serotonin. It contains the active substances inhibins and serotonin.
