Mermaid Pink Gin is the fruitier variation of the classic. Fresh strawberries from the Isle of Wight in the Arreton Valley are allowed to soak in Mermaid Gin for four days before it is distilled again and finally bottled in the beautifully designed bottle. The combination of the fresh fruitiness of sun-kissed strawberries with the maritime flavours of sea fennel (also known as Mermaid' Kiss on the Isle of Wight) is unique.
