Only perfectly ripe white peaches are used - made according to an original recipe that has been passed down through generations.

Italian joie de vivre thanks to Pallini Peachcello The Pallini Peachcello is made from famous Italian peaches. Full-bodied and fruity, this peach liqueur is immediately reminiscent of the Italian summer. Peaches were the favorite fruit of Pallini founder Virgilio Pallini Sr. His wife soaked the fruits in alcohol so he could enjoy them all year round. She uses the rest of the liquid to make a delicious peach liqueur. She added fresh peach juice and then mixed this fruity base with Italy's finest Prosecco. Inspired by this, the Pallini Peachcello was created, for which the best sun-ripened peaches are used.
