At the foot of Monviso, where there is fresh air and pure water, Bonifanti has been making panettone and colomba according to traditional recipes since 1932, choosing the best ingredients and using only yeast from mother Bianca Bonifanti.
It is a lively blend that is refreshed every day and is made up of water, flour and a precious microflora of yeasts and stabilized lactic acid bacteria. The final product obtained is more aromatic and tasty. From a compositional point of view, it is softer and more digestible. A product of absolute quality!
