To mark the 175th anniversary and the inauguration of the new winery, Pol Roger is presenting its new project: the Vinothèque. In addition to the existing range, vintage cuvées will be offered in the wine shop under strict allocation. The idea is to show how light and perfect Pol Roger sparkling wines stand the test of time. Historically disgorged wines that have never left Pol Roger's legendary cellars and are aged under the best possible conditions. Without movement or temperature fluctuations, in the darkness and coolness of Epernay's deepest cellars.

Brut Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnays selected from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This cuvée is produced in limited quantities and is aged for 6 years in our cellars before being released to the market.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
