To mark the 175th anniversary and the inauguration of the new winery, Pol Roger is presenting its new project: the Vinothèque. In addition to the existing range, vintage cuvées will be offered in the wine shop under strict allocation. The idea is to show how light and perfect Pol Roger sparkling wines stand the test of time. Historically disgorged wines that have never left Pol Roger's legendary cellars and are aged under the best possible conditions. Without movement or temperature fluctuations, in the darkness and coolness of Epernay's deepest cellars.

Tasting notes: The Pol Roger Champagne Vintage Vinotheque has a beautiful golden colour with silver reflections. The nose is subtle and opens with notes of stone fruit such as peach and mirabelle plum. Little by little, an airy hint of rose petals reveals itself. Expressive and full of freshness, it is reminiscent of delicious pastries and dried fruit. It then evolves to reveal aromas of honey and apple jelly. On the palate, it is round and elegant. A hint of zest enhances notes of roasted aromas and apple peel. The silky texture is accompanied by a persistent liveliness until the finish.
