The Gevrey-Chambertin "Aux Ételois" is something of a transition from the "Village" to the "Crus" at Rossignol-Trapet. It is a site wine, but the site is not classified as a cru. However, it is certainly one of the best of the village sites. It lies in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Cru "En Griotte" and also touches the Grands Crus "Aux Charmes" and "En la Chapelle".

Ingredients & Allergens
An extremely full-bodied and complex wine. It shows a wide range of aromas - fruity and powerful, yet elegant with a long finish. Maturation: Fermentation took place in tanks for between 3 and 4 weeks. The wine was then aged in oak barrels for between 18 and 20 months.
