This creamy rice pudding creation offers you an incomparably seductive caramel taste with every spoonful. The world-famous French crème brûlèe served as the inspiration for this blend. For the special caramel taste, only the finest couverture from Zotter is used.

Preparation for 250 g:
1. Pour 650 ml of hot water into a wide and non-stick pan.
2. Stir in rice pudding bag.
3. Cook on high for 17 minutes until most of the water has evaporated.
4. Add 150 ml of milk and stir until rice pudding boils strongly.
5. Remove the pan from the hot plate.
6. Let the rice pudding rest in the pan for 12 minutes, stir briefly in the meantime, sweeten if necessary and refine with butter – done!
