Saicho's Rare Tea Collection celebrates the origins and artistry of tea craftsmanship. This remarkable black tea grows on a small piece of land located high up on Sixty Stone Mountain in Hualien District, Taiwan.
The Sparkling Tea captivates with a rich aroma of dark honey, mango, apricot and lemon. On the palate, it unfolds additional nuances of ripe pear, grilled pineapple, cedar wood and a hint of smoke.
This versatile tea harmonizes with both the bold flavors of black miso cod or glazed pork and the delicate sweetness of a crème brûlée.
