The base wine for the Brut Rosé comes from surrounding vineyards and is a cuvée of the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and St. Laurent. After 6 months of barrel ageing, it is bottled for the 2nd fermentation. It now rests on the yeast, which contributes to the creamy texture, for 3 years until it is shaken by hand and disgorged.
