Description

The Walkers legacy began in 1898 when a determined twenty-one-year-old named Joseph Walker opened his bakery doors with a £50 loan and a vision to craft the world's finest shortbread. Fast forward to 1975, Walkers had expanded beyond their humble bakery and settled into a state-of-the-art factory, enabling them to introduce delightful innovations like Chocolate Chip Shortbread and specialty biscuits. This family-owned and operated company, now led by the third generation of the Walker family, remains faithful to the same traditional recipe that's been cherished for over a century. Today, they proudly stand as the world's largest shortbread company, continuing to deliver exceptional quality and taste.
