Thomas Gritsch
The Gritsch Riesling thrives on the smaller western slope of Setzberg. Geologically, the Laaben side reveals a sandy-stony topsoil on compact paragneiss. The rock is acidic and devoid of loess or limestone influence. Here, the grapes grow for finesse-driven Rieslings.
