Description

The berries of the cambodian pepper are harvested by hand, sorted and then fermented in sea salt from the Indian Ocean. In a complex process the moisture is removed from the pepper. What remains is a pepper with highly aromatic essential oils which cause an explosion of flavour on the tongue. The aromas pair perfectly with steak, vegetables and fish, but also sweet fruits like mango or pineapple. For the perfect taste experience, use the pepper to season after cooking.
