Zauber der Gewürze
This cheese fondue spice is the ideal companion for an enjoyable and cosy fondue evening in a convivial atmosphere. The cheese fondue seasoning can be used in different ways:
Before melting: Mix the seasoning directly with the grated cheese. Stirring while melting unfolds the special play of aromas.
After melting: When the cheese has already melted, the seasoning can be added to refine.

Ingredients for a classic cheese fondue (4 people):
300 g Emmental, 400 g Gruyère, 100 g Comté 1 clove of garlic, 350 ml dry white wine, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 dash of kirsch, 800g bread cut into bite-sized pieces (e.g. baguette, farmhouse bread or ciabatta)
Preparation:
Halve the garlic and use it to rub the fondue pot. Pour the white wine into the fondue pot and heat slowly. Let it simmer briefly. Grate the cheese and add it to the warmed wine. Stir constantly until the cheese has melted. Mix the cornstarch with the kirsch and add it to the cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes creamy. Season with the cheese fondue seasoning and serve immediately.
