Lemon pepper is a spice mixture that combines the tanginess and spice of pepper with the acidity and flavour of lemon. Different types of pepper and lemon peel are finely ground and mixed with other spices. The lemon pepper blend consists of black and white pepper (75%), Szechuan pepper, lemongrass, turmeric, dried lemon zest and cane sugar. The blend is versatile and can be used for refining meat, fish and seafood, vegetables dishes and salads. To retain its flavour, add the lemon pepper to finished dishes for seasoning.
